Decide CORA runs on arcturus for now, resolving HOST-1 and HOST-6 - #648

Internal decision, not a staff question: arcturus already carries a shared cora conda env under the beamline's shared home directory, confirmed directly reachable there with no extra hop, so that is where CORA runs for testing and development. Interim, not structured; may move later. Deletes HOST-1 (moot once the host is arcturus itself: its own EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST is simply what CORA uses) and HOST-6 (which host, now answered). HOST-2 stays open in its durable form, a mount or a supported fetch path is still undecided, but gains a working interim answer that needs neither: read a finished file in place over SSH to tomdet, the same way test_003.h5 was inspected.
